Cancellation Policy
Due to limited availability and demand for bookings, full payment is required for the following conditions:
*Less than 48 hour notice for a single service or 72 hours for couples, and any 2 hour or longer services to cancel an appointment.
*No show or missed appointment.
*Late arrivals - arriving late for a service will require shortening the length of your treatment.
We ask for full payment for any missed appointments that meet these conditions before we will be able to have you rebook with us.

Please do not book with us if you currently have any cold, flu or corona virus symptoms, as well as if you have been recently exposed to the corona virus, or are at the tail end of an illness.
We reserve the right to keep our staff well and to ask you to reschedule if you arrive at our studios with any symptoms.

Party of 2 or More & Mobile Services
When you book your party of 2 or more for an event, mobile massage, or day spa package, we ask for full payment up front to hold this reservation for you.
We accept checks and all major credit cards.
Because we contract additional staff for parties, mobile massage and spa packages a 7 day cancellation notice is required, as well as notification for any reduction in the number of services you have booked.
A less than 7 day notice of cancellation or reduction of services booked, will result in the forfeit of your payment for services.
Refund & Non-Transferable Purchases
All of our massage plans, day spa packages, and gift certificates are not transferable to other clients, and cannot be combined with other discounted offers.
We do not offer cash refunds for our massage plans, day spa packages or gift certificates, however we will honor an equal exchange (credit) for other services within our facilities.
Please note that this credit does not apply to cancellation of services and deposits lost due to notification of cancellation less than 7 days of the day spa package or special event.
Minor Consent Policy
Minors are permitted to receive massage in our studios.
A parent or legal guardian must be present.
All minors must have written parental/ legal consent.
For clients 15 years old or younger the parent/guardian must be present in
the treatment room.
Once a comfortable therapeutic relationship has been established and the massage therapist, parent/ guardian and minor are all comfortable, the parent/ guardian does not have to be present in the room.
​For clients 16-17 if both client and parent/ guardian are comfortable with the minor being in the session alone, it is permissible with parental/guardian verbal consent. Appropriate draping will be used at all times during the massage.
